Westend Ensemble

At the Ludwig-Erhard-Anlage in Frankfurt's Westend, our planning provides an example of how conversion can be responsibly designed. In the context of a cultural monument from the Gründerzeit, the former office building of the Post Office will be converted into a residential and commercial building by means of an extension. In addition to subsidised and privately financed apartments, a day nursery, a post office and catering, office and shop areas are to be built. For this purpose, the existing substance will be increased by 4 storeys.
