A new residential quarter with schools, flats and commercial space is being built on the site of the former freight station in Offenbach's east. MOW is planning one apartment building with a total of 111 units and one apartment building with 103 units on two construction sites. Each building will be complemented by an underground car park and street-side commercial use on the ground floor.
