The planning provides for a mixed-use building with commercial storage space and flats above. The peripheral location to the adjoining Urselbach and the elevated position on top of the new warehouse allow for unobstructed views into the countryside. Communal facilities are created on the roof of the hall, including green areas, terraces and kitchen gardens.
