Reorganization and restructuring of Villa,
Frankfurt am Main
The formerly used as Literaturhaus property Bockenheimer Landstrasse 102 is located in a prominent location in Frankfurt's West End. In a study and further planning an interior and design concept for the listed former Villa Sondheimer was developed. The goal was the conversion in a prestigious event and training center for KfW while preserving the historical substance. A structural expansion in the basement allows gastronomic events.
