MOW developed a holistic concept under the premises of high energy efficiency and the creation of contemporary office worlds for the building ensemble of the 60´s. Storeys will be added on the buildings to expand the office space and the buildings will be connected barrier-free by transparent bridges. The newly developed fronts blend harmoniously into the surrounding neighborhood. The highly insulated, hermetical building cover together with innovative technology and the use of facade-integrated photovoltaics will reduce the overall energy requirements by over 60 %.
