The car showroom was extended with the latest technology by a representative exhibition area for presenting Classic Cars and by a large service area with separate vehicle acceptance, garage and car wash with direct connection to the existing building. Half of the electricity demand of the whole building is covered by a gas operated block-type thermal power station. The resulting heat is used to heat in winter and to cool in summer by an absorption cooling machine. The remaining electricity demand is covered to the largest extent by a photovoltaic system.
