Plantation

Approx. 16 km north-west of Frankfurt, a multi-layered urban quarter is being built on around 70,000 m² of gross building land, the quality of which stands out in architectural, urban planning, socio-cultural and ecological terms.

MOW developed two modern buildings and two townhouses on construction site 1.2 under energy-efficient aspects. The 33 attractive rental flats with well thought-out spatial concepts are centrally located at the entrance to the eco-settlement.
