Ökosiedlung BF 1.4
Construction of five townhouses,
Friedrichsdorf
Solitary urban townhouses in the Ökosiedlung. FRANK Heimbau Main/Taunus GmbH is building a residential complex consisting of five detached new buildings with three full storeys and one staggered storey on the site of the Ökosiedlung. The 54 freehold flats have a total living space of approx. 4,760 m². The 54 apartments designed by MOW Architects have living spaces ranging from approx. 55 m² to approx. 162 m²

The houses are connected underground by a plinth level, which houses the underground car park and flat cellars, among other things. Due to the gradient of the plot, the underground car park on Catharina-Dörrien-Straße forms a storey-high plinth area in the form of an outer wall, where the private gardens are located. At the park-side property boundary, the plinth is dug into the slope so that the ground-floor entrances can be accessed barrier-free from the park.
