On behalf of Allianz Real Estate GmbH, MOW is planning a refurbishment of the building at Kettenhofweg 1 with a multi-tenant structure and a Quest approach to upgrade and reposition the property. The aim is to achieve a medium standard of fit-out and an increase in user comfort in all office areas. The main entrance will be upgraded, the technology will be updated and the two lift systems will be replaced. The measures will meet the CRREMA n requirements and the ESG requirements. DGNB Gold in-use certification is also possible.
