Karlsfeld, on the north-western edge of the city, is one of Munich's most popular suburbs. The Anna Quartier is being built here on construction field 1 along Münchner Straße.
The diverse building structures house various forms of use, of which CG-Elementum is successively developing different sections: Anna Life, together with Anna Tower, will comprise modern office, retail, commercial and restaurant space as well as subsidised housing units and privately financed micro-apartments. Anna Lab will offer a mix of offices, storage space and production on the one hand, while on the other hand it will house gastronomy space on the ground floor and commercial and office space above.
