MOW has implemented an extensive refurbishment of the office space and security systems as well as a modernisation of the foyer in the Golden House that is sophisticated in terms of design. The areas of the so-called fingers were divided into 400 square metre usage units that dock directly onto the central ring corridor. By installing additional doors in accordance with the fire protection concept, the tenant fit-out within the utilisation units can be flexibly adapted in the future without further fire protection requirements.
The highlight of the building renovation is the foyer. The quality of stay was increased enormously by the new fixtures. The most striking element in this room, the oval meeting room suspended from the foyer roof by a steel structure, was given a golden diamond pattern in allusion to the golden façade of the building.
