FOUR Frankfurt

New construction of a high-rise quarter,

Frankfurt am Main

The FOUR Frankfurt high-rise district in the center of the skyline connects the city center with the vertical. Here, four new high-rise buildings stand on a multi-storey podium and form a new innovative quarter. The four towers benefit from the mix of uses such as hotels, serviced apartments, apartments and offices, commercial space, social facilities and restaurants.

The heart of the new quarter creates inner-city flair and urban quality of life. The newly created town square opens up the lower levels for retail, gastronomy, daycare, fitness, etc. Spacious outdoor areas create flowing transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces, the quarter is linked to the city center via short distances, green islands ensure increased wellbeing for residents, guests and workers. The new food hall and publicly accessible roof terraces create points of attraction beyond the neighborhood. Significant parts of the listed buildings will be integrated. In order to maintain a socially mixed neighborhood, subsidized apartments are also being built.

MOW already undertook the preparatory feasibility study of the Deutsche Bank site for Groß & Partner in 2015/2016.

Since 2024, we have also been involved in the implementation planning for sub-areas and the tenant fit-out in Tower RT 1, as well as the implementation planning for the Foodhall and the listed building component F.
