Co-Learning Campusmeile

As part of a study, MOW developed a concept for the interim use of the area on Adickesallee, directly adjacent to the new Frankfurt School building. As a key project of the newly emerging Campusmeile, the building will serve Frankfurt's universities and the National Library as a co-learning area that can be used flexibly. The ensemble consists of two modular L-shaped wooden structures, which enclose a three-storey interior. In the middle of this space, a communicative "work island" is created on a two-storey lecture block which is connected to the surrounding useful areas by bridges.
