Bucerius Law School

Zukunftsorientierte private Hochschule in historischem Gebäude,

Hamburg

The former Botanical Institute situated at Planten and Bloomen in Hamburg was reconstructed and renovated completely for the - at that time newly founded - Bucerius Law School, a private university for law. The aim was to create a dialogue between the demands of a modern university and the conservation of the existing building from the new-Baroque. Auditorium, seminar and classrooms, electronic classroom, library and working areas as well as a canteen are offering an excellent learning environment according to international standard.

Awarded for the price of architecture 2005 of the BDA Hamburg.
