The 23-storey office tower was completely gutted and modernized with the aim to provide office space for high performance. The building was equipped with high-quality facility. The interior design concept allows an individual room availability on all floors, and controlling the room air by the user. The existing base and floor area index remained. After only 12 months of construction, the builder could move in the completed building again.
