The current CG Magazine (Autumn 2019) presents two projects in which MOW is significantly involved.
In the Ostend district of Frankfurt a mixed-use quarter with apartments, offices and commercial space is planed. The concept is based on several building which are laid around each other and thus create crossable courtyard situations.
At the Ludwig-Erhard-Anlage in Frankfurt's Westend, our planning provides an example of how conversion can be responsibly designed. In the context of a cultural monument from the Gründerzeit, the former office building of the Post Office will be converted into a residential and commercial building by means of an extension.
