We have refurbished buildings Taunusanlage 20 and 21, as well as the office and retail building on Kettenhofweg. Our skilful and sensitive approach to the historic fabric is clearly evident in these three buildings.
The three projects were comprehensively restored and modernised, with structural reinforcement of load-bearing elements, façade restoration and the refurbishment of building services systems to meet current sustainability standards. A particular challenge was the façade restoration of Taunusanlage 20, which, as a listed building, was carried out in close consultation with the heritage authority.
