The office building in Frankfurt’s Westend district is undergoing a comprehensive refurbishment in terms of design, energy efficiency and fire safety, and is being repositioned as a modern standalone office building named ‘Vertical Gardens’, offering approximately 3,500 m² of space. The complete refurbishment of the façade, interior fit-out and building services, together with the integration of the former car park area, will create a flexible office building meeting the highest standards – green balconies, a roof terrace, sustainable rainwater harvesting and the opening up of the building’s corner towards Bernhard-Sekles-Platz give the building a new, prestigious presence within the urban landscape.
